Quick Messages Don't Appear Until iCU2 is Restarted

If Quick Messages don’t appear unless you restart iCU2, please try the fix below:

1. Save any important Quick Messages that you want to retain.
2. Turn off iCU2 and select “Discard Them Delete all unsaved messages” when prompted. If you’re not prompted it means your Message Center is  empty, that’s ok.
3. Right click on your iCU2 desktop icon and choose Properties
4. Select either Find Target or Open File Location, and your iCU2 folder will appear
5. Locate and delete the file called icuii.tdb
6. Start iCU2 and Quick Messages should now appear without having to restart iCU2

As far as we can tell this issue will only occur if youriCU2 program crashing during a session. It will also happen if Windows crashes or if you have a power cut while your iCU2 program is running.
