Invalid Registration Code

Reasons why you might receive the Invalid Registration Code warning:

• Reinstalling iCU2
• Deleting some files for iCU2
• Reinstalling Windows
• Changing network settings
• Installing an auto-update to a folder other than the existing iCU2 folder
• Restoring files with the iCU2 Back Up Utility

When this happens your Registration Code is locked out for approximately 30 minutes for security purposes

Please wait the full 30 minutes without using iCU2 or reinstalling/deleting icuii files (or using the iCU2 Back Up Utility)…then attempt to enter the registration code.

• Using Registration code on more than 1 computer
• Using Registration code on more than one installation of iCU2 (same computer)

Your Registration Code is valid for use on 1 computer / installation of iCU2 only (even if not concurrently).

Please wait the full 30 minutes without using iCU2 or reinstalling / deleting icuii files…then attempt to enter the registration code on the computer / installation of iCU2 that you wish to use iCU2 on.

If you wish to use iCU2 on 2 computers or have 2 installations of iCU2 on the same computer, please purchase the relevant amount of registration codes.

• Expired Registration Code
• Using a non-10 character Registration Code

Registration Codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact customerassistance@icu2.com.

iCU2 registration codes do not contain the letters i or o. If you see something similar to this it will be the number 1 or 0. Also remember that only 10 character Registration Codes are accepted on iCU2.
