Incorrect Password Please Try Again

iCU2 Video Chat Staff, Admin and MODs DO NOT have access to your selected password.
Only YOU have access to your password.
Incorrect Password

If you are seeing this error message when starting iCU2 please ensure that you are entering the password correctly, for instance:

1: Do not leave any spaces before or after the password2: Passwords are case sensitive. MYPASSWORD is not the same as MyPassword or mypassword

 


If your password is still not accepted, please attempt the fix below:

1: Right mouse click on your iCU2 desktop icon and choose “Properties”
2: Choose “Find Target” or “Open File Location” from the menu that appears
You should now be in your iCU2 folder.
3: Locate and delete the file called icuii.ini (it may only say icuii but is easy to locate as the icon is a notepad with a gold wheel/cog on it)
5: After deleting that file, start iCU2 and you will be asked to re-enter your name/location/comments, etc. Doing this will also reset your logon password.

 

If you choose to set a new password (rather than leave iCU2 with no password), remember that the password is case sensitive. MY PASSWORD is not the same as MyPassword or mypassword
