Fetching Directory Using Norton 2005

If you cannot get access to the directories (fetching or offline stated at the bottom left of the iCU2 directory) and are using any of the 2005 product range (AntiVirus, System Works, Internet Security) from Norton, please read below:

1. Close iCU2 and start Norton AntiVirus. If Norton AntiVirus is installed
as part of Norton SystemWorks or Norton Internet Security, then start that
program.
2. Click Options. Click Norton AntiVirus if you see a menu.
3. On the left pane, select Internet Worm Protection.
4. On the right pane, click Program Control.
5. Locate the iCU2 program in the list, then highlight it with your mouse.
6. Click Remove.
(if there is more than one entry for iCU2, remove all of them)
7. Click OK and close Norton AntiVirus.
8. Restart Restart and when you receive the pop up menu select “Permit” so
that iCU2 is not blocked from accessing the internet
